2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) active 711ph account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different mobile numbers, names, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 711ph will permanently close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts without prior notice or compensation.
2.4 Registration Information. 3.3 Account Currency. All 711ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, bonus amounts, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. 711ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
3.4 Player Funds. 711ph maintains player funds in accounts separate from operating funds in compliance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). 711ph reserves the right to adjust deposit minimums for specific payment methods or promotional periods.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed by 711ph: (a) your 711ph account KYC verification must be successfully completed; (b) the withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold; (c) any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully met; and (d) your account must be in good standing with no pending security reviews or compliance holds.

4.5 Identity of Payment Methods. Deposits to and withdrawals from a 711ph account must originate from and be directed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified 711ph account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 711ph may reverse transactions and suspend accounts where payment identity mismatches are identified.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. 711ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. 5.6 One Bonus Per Household. Unless the applicable promotion terms expressly state otherwise, each 711ph bonus is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Where multiple 711ph accounts from the same household or IP address claim the same promotional bonus, 711ph reserves the right to void the bonus on all but the first qualifying account.

9.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall 711ph be liable for: (a) any loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from a player's use of the Platform; (b) service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure; or (c) any losses arising from a player's violation of these Terms.
9.4 Gambling Losses. 711ph accepts no liability for losses incurred through wagering on the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and all decisions to wager are made at the sole discretion and risk of the Player.
10.1 Amendments. 711ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or mobile number associated with their 711ph account, and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
10.2 Account Suspension. 711ph may suspend your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice where: (a) we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory authority; (c) we identify unusual account activity requiring security review; or (d) there is a technical, operational, or security incident affecting the Platform.
10.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your 711ph account at any time by contacting 711ph customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements and deduction of any active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements.
10.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your 711ph account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Platform. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive termination.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Regulatory Authority. 711ph operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their 711ph account has been handled unfairly may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels after first exhausting 711ph's internal dispute resolution process.
11.3 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute between you and 711ph, you must first contact 711ph customer support at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint and the remedy sought. 711ph will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve it within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If the dispute is not resolved through this internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution mechanism.
11.4 Jurisdiction. To the extent that court proceedings are necessary, you and 711ph submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
